Acceptance

By accessing or using this service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any provision, you must immediately stop use. Continued access indicates acceptance of any updates. These Terms govern your entire relationship with the service.

Fees and Payment

Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions auto‑renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 48 hours before renewal. You can manage auto‑renewal via your account settings. Disabling auto‑renewal stops future charges but does not refund the current period. No pro‑rata refunds are issued.

Service Changes

The service may modify, discontinue, or suspend any feature at any time. Major updates will be announced at least seven days in advance when feasible. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance. No compensation is due for modifications.

Suspension & Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for any breach of these Terms or for operational reasons. Notice will be provided when practicable. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you immediately cease. You must delete any downloaded materials.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the service’s software, design, and content remain with their owners. No ownership rights are transferred to you under these Terms. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or derivative works are prohibited. Legal action may be pursued for infringement.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operates, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Disputes shall first be attempted to resolve through informal negotiation. If unresolved within thirty days, disputes may proceed to arbitration or court. Each party bears its own legal fees unless otherwise awarded.
